2011 Year of Paper at Ashland Art Center

The artists at Ashland Art Center have decided that 2001 will be the year of paper. Many of the artists participated in the 1st Friday Art Walk and showed off their paper creations for the month. Several artists made art works with scraps of paper. I decided that I would knit flowers out of paper yarn. Paper yarn is not easy to work with, but the end results are lovely. Stay tuned for Dreamweaving Designs February challenge. My plan is to weave with paper. I would be interested to hear about your experiences with paper yarn.
